Lay-Saint-Christophe. “Sewers and Colors” with Young Elected Officials

This is a completely original initiative that was conceived by the young elected officials of the Children's Municipal Council. The "Sewers and Colors" operation consists of brightening up the village and entertaining local residents by decorating manhole covers. A first series of covers was decorated on Wednesday, April 30th by children, under the amused and captivated gaze of passersby. A second series of sewers will be decorated in May. The young elected officials hope to showcase their talents to locals as they stroll through the streets.
